Terms and Conditions
At Luxe Little Parties, we want every celebration to be safe, smooth, and stress-free. Our Terms and Conditions outline everything you need to know before booking, including safety guidelines, hire policies, and what is included in our service. Please take a moment to read them before booking, and feel free to contact us with any questions.
1. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable £50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
-
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 48 hours before the event.
-
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
-
Cancellations made more than 28 days before the event may transfer the deposit to a future booking (subject to availability)

Cancellations made within 28 days of the event will forfeit the deposit and may be charged up to 100% of the hire cost.

In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, Luxe Little Parties reserves the right to cancel or reschedule.
3. Weather Policy (For Outdoor Bookings)

Outdoor bookings are weather dependent.
-
We only accept outdoor bookings between May and September unless a marquee and suitable flooring can be provided.

We recommend having an indoor backup venue. Refunds are not issued for weather related cancellations.
4. Delivery, Setup & Collection
-
We will deliver, set up, and collect all hired items within the agreed time frame.

Please ensure clear access to the set-up area. Additional charges may apply for delays caused by restricted access.

Please let us know prior to the event if there will be stairs or restricted access to the setup area.

It is the hirer’s responsibility to check the site measurements for the required package, and to ensure that there will be adequate space surrounding the play equipment. If sufficient space is not available at the venue site for the package chosen you will still be charged for them but Luxe Little Parties staff will do our best to safely set up as much of the equipment ordered as possible.

The hirer must be present during delivery and collection to confirm the condition of the equipment.

The hirer agrees to the agreed setup and collection times. Delays caused by the hirer or venue may incur a waiting charge.
5. Equipment Use & Safety

All equipment to be used under adult supervision.
-
Equipment is for children aged 0-5 years only.
-
No food, drink, sharp objects, shoes, face-paint or pets are allowed on the equipment.

Any damage caused by misuse will be the responsibility of the hirer and may incur repair/replacement fees.
6. Cleaning and Damage Charges

Equipment must be returned in a clean condition. A cleaning fee of £75 will be charged for excessive mess (e.g. food, face-paint, glitter)

Any missing or damaged items will be invoiced to the hirer.
7. Venue Requirements
-
It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure the venue has sufficient space, access and a suitable surface (flat ground) for setup.
-
We do not set up on gravel or uneven surfaces.
-
If hiring a public venue, it is the hirer’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or permissions.
-
Electrical Access – Access to a standard power supply must be available within 20 meters of the set-up equipment.
8. Personalisation
-
Personalised items (e.g. custom signage or decals) must be confirmed at least 14 days before the event.

We are not responsible for spelling or design errors confirmed by the client.
9. Liability
-
Luxe Little Parties is fully insured for public liability.
-
Our bouncy castles are PIPA tested.
-
We accept no liability for injuries or damages sustained during the use of equipment if supervision guidelines are not followed.
-
The hirer assumes all responsibility during the hire period.
10. Rules of Play
-
Adult supervision is always required.
-
Only use the equipment as intended - no rough play.
-
Please limit the number of children inside ball pits/playhouses to avoid overcrowding.
-
Play is for children 5 and under.
-
No Shoes – socks must be worn.
-
No food, drinks or sweets in the play area.
-
No face paint, glitter or messy play items on the equipment.
-
Do not climb on the sides, walls or outside edges of the equipment.
-
Any damages to the equipment must be reported immediately.
11. Photography & Marketing
-
We may take photos of our setups for promotional purposes. If you do not wish photos from your event to be used, please let us know in writing before our event.
